PRESS RELEASE

AmeriQuest Material Handling Announces Partnership with Warfield

Results in significant savings on forklift parts for businesses

CHERRY HILL, NJ, August 25, 2009 – AmeriQuest Material Handling Services is pleased to announce the availability of their newest program offering with leading manufacturer Warfield Electric Motors, that will help companies save 15% to 45% on material handling costs.

Participating AmeriQuest members will have access to a large inventory of high quality forklift parts, including rebuilt motors and drive units. Members can purchase these products at wholesale costs directly from Warfield and bypass the extra costs associated with purchasing through dealers.

This program offering from AmeriQuest joins the newly created Material Handling division, an "inside the warehouse" solution that is designed to help companies lower the costs of running their lift trucks. By leveraging the buying power of its member base, AmeriQuest can dramatically lower total material handling costs to its members.

"After evaluating the needs of our members, we discovered that many are looking for ways to save not only on their fleet trucks, but on their material handling equipment as well," explains Scott Grushoff, Vice President and General Manager of the Material Handling division. "Ultimately, our goal for this program is to level the playing field for mid-size to large distribution companies and private fleets and help our members remain competitive by cutting costs, not cutting resources."

Members have the ability to search from over 3 million parts for over 100 OEMs and order parts online, over the phone, or by fax. The online system is state-of-the-art and easy to use. It gives customers the ability to choose parts by part number or from an actual drawing of their make and model of equipment. The system also enables users to perform research and provides real-time inventory levels and pricing.

In addition to the Warfield program, AmeriQuest Material Handling Services has a variety of other suppliers that offer members substantial savings on forklift tires, parts, and other services.
